Headache

Mrs. Brown: Good morning, Mr. Hatter.

Pharmacist: Good morning, Mrs. Brown. What can I do for you?

Mrs. Brown: I have been having terrible headaches recently.

Pharmacist: Can you describe the pain?

Mrs. Brown: This is an intense and throbbing pain in my temple or in the forehead.

Pharmacist: Do you have any other symptoms?

Mrs. Brown: Yes, I have nausea and I’m sensitive to light and sound.

Pharmacist: These are the typical symptoms of migraine. I will give you some painkillers. You should also consult a doctor who will tell you what to do to avoid migraine attacks.

Mrs. Brown: I will do. Thank you, Mr. Hatter.

Pharmacist: Hello, Peter. What can I do for you?

Peter: I had my birthday party yesterday and I have a terrible hangover. I couldn’t sleep and I feel dizzy today. Can you give me something?

Pharmacist: You can try Alka Seltzer or aspirin but I think you should simply drink a lot of water or orange juice, take a shower and have some sleep.

Peter: I will have some aspirin and go to bed. Thanks!

Ann: I do. It’s even worse when I bend down.
